How does the private charter work?
The booking is confirmed via WhatsApp. The evening before, the skipper will tell you the exact departure point based on the wind conditions — La Isleta del Moro, Las Negras or La Fabriquilla. On arrival, you'll have the boat and the skipper to yourselves for the whole excursion. The route is flexible: you can request more snorkeling, more sailing, or simply leave it to the skipper to take you to the best spots of the day.

UNESCO Biosphere Reserve
The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park was declared a Natural Park in 1987 and a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1997. It is the only protected marine area of its category on the Andalusian coast, and one of the most biodiverse in the entire Spanish Mediterranean.
Marine Reserve
The Marine Reserve of Cabo de Gata-Níjar is one of the most successful in Spain. Since its creation, populations of grouper, lobster and sea bass have recovered spectacularly. Today these waters host species that have disappeared from the rest of the Spanish Mediterranean coast.
Exceptional water quality
The absence of rivers emptying into this coast (Cabo de Gata is a semi-arid desert zone) means there are no sediment inputs. Combined with strong currents from the Strait of Gibraltar that constantly renew the water, visibility in Cabo de Gata regularly exceeds 15–20 metres. This is the transparency that makes the colour of the water so extraordinary: turquoise greens and blues that you will not find anywhere else in mainland Spain.
