How do you confirm the departure point?
The day before, we send you a WhatsApp message with the exact departure point, the time and any relevant information.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you get a full refund. If we cancel due to weather conditions, you get a full refund or a free date change.
What should I bring on the tour?
Comfortable clothes, water shoes or sandals, sunscreen (reef-safe if possible), a cap, water and some food if you'd like. We take care of the rest.
