Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park is home to the clearest waters in the Spanish Mediterranean. Its seabed, declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, hides posidonia meadows, volcanic reefs and unique marine biodiversity.
From the sea, aboard our boat, you will discover corners inaccessible by land: virgin coves, sea caves and volcanic cliffs that only the ocean can reveal.
The best time for this Cabo de Gata boat tour is from June to September, when the water reaches 24-26°C and underwater visibility is exceptional for snorkeling. April, May and October are also wonderful months, with calm waters, mild temperatures and far fewer tourists — perfect if you're after a quieter experience. Booking ahead is recommended in high season, as spots are limited.
Every departure includes a licensed skipper, life jackets and snorkeling gear when applicable. The departure point — La Isleta del Moro, Las Negras or La Fabriquilla — is confirmed by WhatsApp the evening before, based on the wind and sea conditions, to guarantee the best route and maximum safety. Groups are kept small, with a maximum of 12 people, and at the end of the day you'll receive photos to keep the memory alive.

The minimum age is 4 years old. Boat tours are suitable for the whole family, including young children and older adults, since no physical effort is required.
What happens if there is bad weather or strong wind?
Safety is our priority. If sea conditions aren't suitable, the tour is cancelled or rescheduled at no cost. That's why we always confirm the departure point the day before — we choose the spot best sheltered from that day's wind to guarantee the best experience.
Do you need to know how to swim for the boat tour?
It's not essential. All participants wear a life jacket throughout the tour. To enjoy the snorkeling stop it helps to be able to float, but joining the snorkel is never mandatory.
